Yes, it is true! Future Tech West currently has 6 office spaces available for rent. Instead of them sitting idle, we would love for them to be occupied, to bring new business into West Prince and specifically to the Community of O'Leary. If you are serious about starting up your own business, stop by to fill out an application. All applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and the lucky few will be chosen for one free year of office rent. Each office is furnished, and has it's own lock, 24 hour access to the building with own security code, includes heat & electricity, use of boardroom for meetings and the lunchroom. All offices are wired for easy phone hook up but tenants are responsible for their own phone line.
